We are excited to announce we will be partnering with a new Employee Assistance Provider effective April 1, 2025.
We consider our employees to be our most important asset. The health and well-being of each of our employees and their families is of primary importance to the University. For that reason, in concert with recommendations from the Benefits Task Force and approval from President Ward, we are pleased to be offering a more comprehensive benefit for our employees.
Bree Health maintains the same 6-session traditional Employee Assistance Program model but integrates several additional benefits for you and your family. The EAP provides confidential well-being programs at no cost to you or your family members to assist with a variety of issues and personal concerns. Bree Health utilizes a multiple component approach in order to provide you and your family members with a fully-integrated, total well-being program.
Bree Health is available to employees, their spouse or partner, and dependents up to the age of 26. Counseling support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Bree Health benefit provides confidential, personalized guidance for support including:
- Life Coaching and Counseling Services (up to 6 sessions, per person, per issue)
- No-cost Legal Consultations (one-half hour per issue)
- No-cost Financial Consultations (90-minute consult per issue)
- Virtual Concierge services to help with research and referrals (unlimited use)
- Health Advocacy services to assist with health plan questions and issues (unlimited use)
- Extensive library of articles, videos and other well-being resources tailored to your needs
- Additional work/life benefits and well-being resources, available online and through their app
