Student Move-In

Student move-in is taking place as scheduled Monday and Tuesday. However, please note that students and families who experience travel delays or have concerns following Sunday's snow may arrive outside of their scheduled time slot at any time between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday or Tuesday. Students who need to arrive outside of these hours of 8:30 to 5 during these two days may contact the Office of Residential Life at reslife@hartford.edu.

Special Event Form

Spaces on campus that typically are welcome to the public (Harrison Libraries, performance spaces, galleries, the Campus Store, etc.) will not be open for visitors/guests. To learn more about accessing our campus go to our Visitors on Campus page.


This form is used to request the creation of a Special Event Dash Parking Permit. University departments and organizations sponsoring private seminars, meetings, or workshops not booked through conferences are requested to fill out the following form.

The division of Parking Services will generate an official parking permit in PDF form that you then can forward to attendees with your acknowledgement of registration packages.  If you have any questions please contact Parking Services at 860.768.7865.
