1965 | Eugene Eagle
Eugene Eagle (HAS) had his work featured in an exhibition hosted by the Clinton Art Society. The exhibition featured the work of the Clinton Art Society Members Exhibition Award winners during the 2021 season. Eagle worked in illustration but since retirement has switched to transparent watercolor. Read more about Eagle.
1972 | Lois Jacobs
Lois Jacobs (ENHP) has served as the president of the Friends of the Nevins Library in Methuen, Mass. Jacobs became involved with the local library after retiring from Methuen Public Schools, where she worked as a school librarian.
1985 | Anthony Susi
Anthony Susi (Hartt) has seven new compositions set for release in 2022. Jazz Band: Flight of the Dolphin (C. Alan Pub) and Righteous Refrains (Excelcia Music); String Orchestra: A Joyous Sleigh Ride (Grand Mesa) and Home Awaits (C. Alan Pub); Concert Band: Christmas Spectacle (Print Music Source), Home Awaits (C. Alan Pub), and Faces of America (GPG Music).
1988 | Kimberly Tryba
Kimberly Tryba (HAS) was promoted to managing partner at Martha Schwartz Partners, an international landscape architecture practice with offices in London, Shanghai, and New York City.
1983 | David Miller
David Miller (M Barney) joined the Board of Trustees for the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Hartford in November 2021. Miller is an active community member—he has served several terms as a board member for Congregation Beth Israel, the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford, and the West Hartford Pension Board.
1986 | Dionne Warwick
Dionne Warwick (Honorary) inspired an art exhibit in Newark, N.J. The exhibit Dionne Warwick: Queen of Twitter, curated by Souleo, showcased original artwork inspired by the tweets of Warwick. Read more about the exhibit.
1993 | Dahra Granovsky
Dahra Granovsky (M Barney) has joined Laticrete’s board of members. Granovsky is the president of BA Folding Box Company and has more than 15 years of experience in managing a large family-owned manufacturing business.
1993 | Michael Menapace
Michael Menapace (Hartt) has been named co-chair of the Insurance Practice Group at Wiggin and Dana LLP and is the current chair of the American Bar Association TIPS Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee.
1994 | Peter Church
Peter Church (A&S, M'96 A&S) has joined Point32Health as chief people officer. In this role, Church will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the people organization. Church has more than 20 years of human resources experience, and most recently served as chief human resources officer at AVANGRID Energy.
1997 | Peter Grant
Peter Grant (Barney) has moved closer to UHart’s campus and is enjoying music and Presidents’ College lectures.
1998 | Larry McClure
Larry McClure has been appointed chief actuary at Americas at AXA XL Insurance.
1990 | Susan Montgomery
Susan Montgomery (HAS) started a new teaching position as a lecturer in art at Smith College in Northampton, Mass.
1993 | Steven Auerbach
Steven Auerbach (M Barney) was appointed by Lightyear Capital as senior advisor to Lightyear Fund V, L.P. Auerbach brings more than 30 years of healthcare benefits experience to the position. Auerbach has held leadership positions at Alegeus, Connextions, UnitedHealth Group, ChannelPoint, and Cigna.
1995 | Phillip Boykin
Phillip Boykin (Hartt) will join the cast of The Music Man on Broadway as Olin Britt. The Music Man began previews at the Winter Garden in December and opening night is scheduled for Feb. 10, 2022.
1996 | Matthew Dudack
Matthew Dudack (Hartt) and his wife, Laura, were featured in the Akron Beacon Journal about their return to the Akron Symphony. The Symphony reunited after 20 months apart on the E.J. Thomas Hall stage at the University of Akron. Dudack plays percussions and his wife plays viola. Read more about the Dudacks.

Kaitlin Walsh (A&S, M'04 A&S) has been promoted to the role of assistant dean of Academic Affairs at the University of Saint Joseph (CT).
2003 | Chad Austein
Chad Austein (A&S) started a new job as a client services account manager at 3 Enrollment Marketing.
2006 | Sam Ekwurtzel
Sam Ekwurtzel (HAS) has started his own business, Sockeye Salmon Share, a community supported fishery, that distributes wild salmon that he has caught and processed in Alaska. Ekwurtzel is a commercial fisherman and artist based between New York City and Alaska.
2006 | Alessandro Jesus
Alessandro Jesus (M Barney) has been named international strategic marketing manager at Dur-A-Flex, Inc. Before joining Dur-A-Flex, Inc. Jesus worked for the Loctite Division of Henkel Corporation where he held a number of marketing positions.
2006 | Rose Kearney Herr
Rose Kearney Herr (A&S) launched a mobile app, Polished. Polished helps people find their next manicure inspiration and keeps track of the polishes already tried.
2008 | Matt Glaeser
Matt Glaeser (A&S) has joined Forward Madison FC as head coach and technical director of the club. Glaeser previously was the assistant coach and director of goalkeeping for Sacramento Republic FC. Read more about Glaeser.

2005 | Gillian Galen
Gillian Galen (M A&S, D’09 A&S) co-authored a book titled, DBT for Dummies. Galen is a senior child and adolescent psychologist specializing in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
2007 | Edward Giannaros
Edward Giannaros (M Barney) won re-election to the Farmington, Conn. City Council. This will be his third term on Farmington’s City Council. Giannaros is a finance data engineer at Travelers.
2008 | Scott Greenberg
Scott Greenberg (Hartt) completed his graduate study program at New York University. Greenberg’s thesis, The Apparent Bias Against Comedic Popular Music, is a thorough investigation of why humorous art is often institutionally disregarded. The artistic portion of the project included an album of comedic songs released under the band name Scott Making Cents. The musical and written portions can be found on Greenberg’s website.
2010 | Melanie Chirignan
Melanie Chirignan (Hartt) was interviewed by New York State Music. Chirignan is a flautist, adjunct faculty member at the College of Saint Rose, and a member of Quintocracy. Read the full interview.
2012 | Nancy Meyer
Nancy Meyer (University Studies) has been named the next publisher of the Houston Chronicle. Meyer is the first female publisher of the Chronicle and brings nearly three decades of newspaper experience to the role. She previously served as president of the Miami Herald, and has held publishing roles at the Miami Herald, the Orlando Sentinel, and the Hartford Courant. Read more about Meyer.

2017 | Charlie Savage
Charlie Savage (Hartt) made his Broadway debut in December 2021 playing keyboard/organ in the band for Diana: The Musical. He has been with the company since its 2019 regional run at La Jolla Playhouse in San Diego, CA.
2018 | Lee Housley
Lee Housley (M A&S) recently started a new position as the learning and development leader with SCA Pharma, a nationally recognized leader in the FDA 503B outsourcing industry. SCA Pharma specializes in providing the highest quality sterile admixture services and pre-filled syringes to hospital and health-care facility pharmacies.
2011 | Brock Harris
Brock Harris (Hartt) stars as the lead character in the western film, The Last Shootout. Harris owns his own movie production company and is a writer and director.

2011 | Sara Masiello
Sara Masiello (CETA) completed the Architect Registration Exam (ARE) to become a registered architect in Massachusetts. Masiello is currently a design project coordinator with Culter Associates in Worcester, Mass.
2011 | Michael Wilson
Michael Wilson (University Studies) was interviewed by Authority Magazine. In the interview, Wilson speaks about the future of the work environment, technology’s role and how COVID has impacted and will continue to change how people work in the future. Wilson is the chief digital strategist for Sheep Don’t Bark, a branding and marketing consulting business based in Chesire, Conn. Read the full interview.

William Dávila (D ENHP) has joined the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Approved Special Education Schools (MAAPS). Dávila is the CEO of the Children’s Study Home, a special education school in Springfield, Mass.
2016 | Emma Donnelly
Emma Donnelly (CETA) received one of the first Indigenous and Black Engineering and Technology (IBET) Momentum Fellowship from Western University Engineering. Donnelly was profiled by Western Engineering about her experiences thus far. Donnelly received her master’s degree in 2020 from Western and is currently a PhD candidate at Western.
2018 | Gina Mazzadra
Gina Mazzadra (M Barney) has joined Fuchs Financial as an associate financial advisor. Mazzadra brings more than eight years of experience in the financial industry to this position. Prior to this role, Fuchs was a client services associate at Morgan Stanley and a 401(k) plan manager with Voya Financial.
2019 | Aaliyah Booker
Aaliyah Booker (Hartt) completed her masters in violin, with distinction, at the University of Oxford.
2021 | Eddie Cruz Jr.
Eddie Cruz Jr. is featured in the television spot for Connecticut Office of Tourism marketing campaign, "The State I'm In." The campaign is focused on continued economic recovery for Connecticut's tourism and encourages residents and visitors to explore Connecticut during the winter season. Watch Cruz in the ad.
Meegan (Bernstein) Hughes '97 (Hartt) married Frankie Hughes on July 1, 2021, in Long Beach, N.Y. After a rained-out beach wedding, the unconventional (and successful) ceremony was followed by a three-week honeymoon to the groom's home country of Ireland.
Tashmia Bryant M'21 (A&S) got engaged on Dec. 11, 2021.
Christina (Remie) Kibler M'21 (ENHP) got married on June 11, 2021.
Kristina Pallas '12 (A&S) and Alexander Joseph Gallo married on August 28th, 2021 Long Island, New York.
Eric Forish '79 (CETA) married Astrid Elke Suessmann on August 7, 2021. Seven children and 10 grandchildren joined with them at AMC Noble View Outdoor Center.

Robert Britton M'14 (Barney) welcomed home identical twins boys on October 29, 2021. Say hi to Bradley James and Nicholas John and their 3 year old brother Robbie Allen.
