Kimberly Goodwin is a transformational/change management consultant and executive and team coach at Goodwin Solutions, LLC, which she founded in 2020. A consultant for organizational effectiveness since 2014, Goodwin’s work today focuses on inspiring excellence for leading change through effective, data-driven organizational strategies and neuroscience-based development for senior leaders and their teams.
Goodwin received her bachelor’s degree from Clarkson University in 1989, and in 2000, graduated from the Barney School of Business with a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior. She began her career as a specialist for learning and development at Aetna, and prior to launching her business, Goodwin held leadership roles in organizational effectiveness, training, practice development, and change management at prominent consulting organizations including Accenture and McKinsey & Company. Among her many credentials, she is certified in Applied Neuroscience Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i), Korn Ferry Leadership Master Class/360-Voices, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, and Instructional Design.
Since graduating from the Barney School, Goodwin has served as a member of the school’s Board of Visitors, a mentor for the Barney Leadership Council, and continues to give back as a guest speaker, most recently at the Norgaard Lecture in April 2023.
Goodwin operates her business out of Danbury, Connecticut, where she lives with her husband, Keith, and their two children, Justin and Julia.
