Give to Hartford Art School

The Hartford Art School is part of the University of Hartford that is governed by the University of Hartford Board of Regents. The Board of Hartford Art School Endowment, Inc. (a separate 501C3) oversees the management of the Hartford Art School endowment in accordance with donor intent to advance academic and programmatic excellence of the art school. The Hartford Art School is a not-for-profit organization.

Contributions in support of the Hartford Art School can be made to the University for the benefit of the Art School and/or to Hartford Art School Endowment, Inc. by designating an existing fund.

HAS ENDOWMENT, INC. BOARD

Hartford Art School Endowment, Inc. is a tax exempt corporation with the mission of promoting and assisting the Hartford Art School in providing excellence in visual arts education. It does so by advancing academic and program excellence as well as by contributing to the financial support of deserving students who demonstrate merit and/or financial need.

The Board of Trustees and Board of Corporators are responsible for the oversight and management of the Hartford Art School endowment and other Hartford Art School Endowment, Inc. assets in accordance with donor intent.

Trustees and Corporators actively support the Art School financially through their own contributions, by identifying and soliciting other donors, and through the development of and attendance at fundraising events, gallery exhibitions and other special opportunities.
