Seven-Week and Adult Express Calendar

Our Adult Express format consists of two 7-week courses falling within each traditional semester. This accelerated, streamlined format allows us to offer more courses and help our students make steady progress towards their degrees. Adult Express courses are open to part-time adult students only.

Fall 2024

August

  • Classes begin | Monday, August 28
  • Last day to drop and receive 100% tuition credit. | Friday, August 30

September

  • Labor Day – University Holiday | Monday, September 2
  • Last day to drop a course and receive 50% tuition credit. | Friday, September 6
    • There is no tuition credit after this date.
  • Last day to drop a course and have it deleted from your record. | Wednesday, September 11
  • Last day to change from audit to credit status. | Wednesday, September 11
  • The first day to drop a course and receive a grade of W. | Thursday, September 12
  • Last day to change to Pass/No Pass or from Pass/No Pass to a letter grade. | Friday, September 13
  • Last day to change from credit to audit status.* | Friday, September 20
  • Last day to drop a course and receive a grade of W. | Friday, September 20

October

  • Fall break begins | 10:00pm on Thursday, October 10
  • Classes resume | 8:00am on Monday, October 14
  • Classes end | 10:00pm on Wednesday, October 16
    • Final exams are scheduled for the last class during the seven-week session.

*Students are not eligible to take advantage of the special audit fees at this time. In order to have a special audit fee, students must declare audit status when they first register for the course.

October

  • Last day to drop a course and receive 100% tuition credit. | Wednesday, October 23

November
