Information Technology Services supports computer labs in the Harrison Libraries and East Hall 107. In the Harrison Libraries are the Mortensen Library Lab and Allen Library Lab. All labs offer free black and white printing and $0.50/page for color.
NOTE: NO cash is accepted for printing; You must pay with HawkCASH on your University ID card. To add money to your ID card, you can use the machines located in Mortensen Library, the ID Office or Konover. To make a deposit online, go to: HawkCASH and click Make A Deposit. If you don't have a University ID card, you can purchase a HawkCASH card from the machines and then add money to it. (HawkCard ID Office)
These rooms are provided to the students, faculty and staff members to support the needs of the various curricula on campus, while keeping in mind that not all students will bring their own computers and printers. Computer Support Representatives (CSRs) are available in the Mortensen Library Lab. Should the CSR not be available to help, our Help Desk can be called at 860.768.4357, or visit the Help Desk in room CC117.
Mortensen Library Computer Lab
Mortensen Library is located in the Harry Jack Gray Center, Harrison Libraries. It houses the general collections of the University of Hartford. Its core collections are intended to satisfy the needs of the University's undergraduate students while providing access to resources for students and faculty. Allen Library Computer Lab
The Allen Library houses music and dance materials and supports Hartt School programs. It was founded as the Hartt Library in 1938 and is now located in the lower floor of the Harrison Libraries. Its holdings of over 85,000 items include approximately 22,000 books and bound journals on music and dance, 41,000 music scores, 23,300 sound recordings, 1,100 DVDs and videocassettes, and 400 print and electronic journals. The lab is open the same hours as the library (Allen Library).
