Fill out the form below to request a CCALD (Council of Connecticut Academic Libraries) borrowing card. This card allows you to borrow materials from many Connecticut colleges, including CCSU, Trinity, and community colleges. See all participating libraries and borrowing privileges for the current academic year.
Your card is valid for one academic year. You may obtain a new card each year by updating your application at the library or online. You must observe all policies of the lending libraries, which may differ from those at UHart. This includes loan periods, overdue fines, and charges for non-return of materials. Please be forewarned that some libraries charge substantial processing fees in addition to the replacement cost of a lost item.
