Building Connections: Enhancing Teaching through CTEI Peer Observation of Teaching Program

Join us for an insightful panel discussion on the CTEI Peer Observation of Teaching Program! This session, on Tuesday, April 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will feature four valued faculty members, including two peer observers and two instructors who have been observed. They will share their personal experiences, highlighting how CTEI’s collaborative process of peer observation not only enhances teaching quality but also helps reduce the feeling of isolation often experienced in teaching. Discover how peer observation fosters a supportive community, provides valuable feedback, and promotes professional growth. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with colleagues, gain practical insights, and contribute to the conversation on improving our teaching practices.

Please register here for the in-person discussion—lunch will be provided. The discussion will be held in the Creative Technologies Center (Lower-Level Library).

Your participation will be invaluable in shaping the future of our educational community!
