Annual Collaborative Assessment

Human Resources Development (HRD) is pleased to announce that the Annual Collaborative Assessment, the yearly performance review program, will be kicking off soonThe goal of this important initiative is for employees and their supervisor(s) to reflect on their work performance during the past year. Assessments are required for all regular staff, and should be completed and returned to HRD by June 30

Supervisors who have completed and submitted 90-day reviews from March 2025 onward for new hires and/or transfers are exempt from this process.

The Annual Collaborative Assessment form is available on the HRD website, under Performance Reviews. There are also additional tools for both staff and supervisors located in this section to assist in this process.

If you would like to review your job description in advance of completing the Annual Collaborative Assessment process or would like to review your employees’ job descriptions, you can do so by going to PeopleAdmin and clicking on Position Management from the three dots in the top left hand corner of the screen.
