Come learn how to track your cycle naturally and free! The Catholic Campus Ministry will be hosting registered FEMM Instructor Ashley Shoban. She will share about the effects of contraception and the pill, and talk about the alternative, tracking your cycles.
The hope is to empower women to know and understand their bodies, to gain insights on health and fertility. All are welcome to join on March 6, at 6 p.m., at the Catholic Campus Ministry Center.
