Join us for Fresh Check Day, UHart’s annual mental health awareness event on Friday, Feb 7, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., in the GSU North and South Café. This free wellness event features fun activities, food, and giveaways. There will even be a guest appearance from Teddy the Comfort Dog! This is an interactive event to raise awareness around mental health, provide education about suicide prevention, and promote overall well-being for UHart's campus community. Fresh Check Day is brought to you by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and the Division of Student Success in partnership with the Jordan Porco Foundation.
Contact CAPS director, Dr. Jeff Burda, at burda@hartford.edu with questions.
