ITS would like to remind all faculty and staff to test their computer’s reboot capability before the holiday break in the event of any power interruptions during the time the University is closed.
Simply remove your power cable from the outlet or surge protector, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. If the computer restarts, there is no further action needed. If it doesn’t, please email us at helpdesk@hartford.edu and we can assist.
