Meet the Panelists:


Deborah Ketai (PMP, RMP, CCMP): Program Manager at Optum
Deborah Ketai has been managing projects, programs, and change for nearly
20 years, mostly for healthcare and financial services organizations. Working
at the enterprise level, she navigates matrixed structures in very large
companies. Most recently, she spearheaded the AI for All program, promoting
work in artificial intelligence across UnitedHealth Group. Deborah is certified
as a PMP (project management professional), RMP (risk management
professional), and CCMP (change management professional). She serves on
the SNEC-PMI Board of Directors, in charge of the Programs portfolio.

Gregory J. Gregonis (PMP, SCM, MBA, BSIE): Owner of Transition2Done Consulting
Throughout Greg’s career, he has used project management as the conduit for
accomplishing business goals and change. As a result, he established a project
management freelance LLC called Transition2Done. He has been successfully
leading and directing projects and project work for more than 30 years. His training
and experience in Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, and
Lean Six Sigma has provided the knowledge and experience to hold senior
management roles and to work with teams to implement a diverse portfolio of
projects and initiatives. Greg’s vision is to provide project management leadership
solutions that support teams to successfully transition their desired changes to done. His core values embrace, Results, Responsiveness, Innovation, Transparency, Simplicity, Collaboration and Change.

Kayleigh Marchetti (PMP): Deputy Program Manager at RTX – Pratt & Whitney
Kayleigh Marchetti has been working directly in project management for over 10 years in the aviation industry after receiving her Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering. Starting out, her focus was in Earned Value Management and how to properly budget and track project performance. While in the industry, Kayleigh completed her MBA, received her PMP certification and joined the Southern New England Chapter of PMI. Over the years Kayleigh has had the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and spent time in different locations across the globe. Her travels have allowed her the opportunity to apply project management principles on tasks initiating in different countries and learning how to adapt to the cultural differences. These principles include Earned Value, Risk Management and
Sustainability. Looking ahead, Kayleigh would like to spend more time learning Agile and becoming a Certified Agile Practitioner.
