On Nov. 1, all benefit eligible employees received information regarding calendar year 2025 Open Enrollment via email.
Elections must be made no later than Friday, Nov. 29, 2024. The University is closed Wednesday, Nov. 27 through Friday, Nov. 29, and staff will not be able to provide support for questions or technical issues after Tuesday, Nov. 26. Employees who do not complete the process in Employee Self-Service will have their current 2024 benefits rolled over for 2025.

REMINDER: Health Savings Accounts as well as Flexible Spending Accounts cannot be rolled from year to year. You must use the Employee Self-Service process and select these options to participate in these services.
All benefit elections will be effective Jan. 1, 2025.
