Barney Adjunct Professor Catherine Ribeiro recently hosted ESPN’s Nicole Briscoe in her BAR 110 World of Business classes on Monday. Mrs. Briscoe spoke with students about sports management, personal branding and the business of sports.
Per ESPN, “Nicole Briscoe became a SportsCenter anchor and studio show host in early 2015 after working in various roles in ESPN’s NASCAR coverage from 2008–14. She is most often seen on the 11 p.m. ET edition. Her studio show duties include regularly hosting Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown leading into ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball.”
Students later took time to write personal notes of thanks to their guest lecturer for sharing her time and talent with the classes, elevating the Barney brand with gratitude.
