On Sept. 21, the Barney School of Business hosted the Southern New England Chapter of PMI (Project Management Institute) to campus for a strategic planning session meeting. The meeting was held in the Hubbell Center for Innovation, which was an ideal resource for both the group meeting and individual breakout rooms.
The meeting helped the board capture great ideas from their membership, as well as some invaluable insight. This information will be used to help the board develop initiatives for the near future so that the chapter can continue to add value to their members.
The Barney School of Business is proud to have continued collaboration with SNEC-PMI for about three years now, having hosted many professional speaker panels, networking events and guest speakers, and being a valuable resource for community members.
