flyer

Come out to celebrate the opening of Pathways: HAS Faculty Show with a reception on Thursday, Sept. 12, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Joseloff Gallery!

This exhibition unveils the latest creations from the esteemed faculty of the Hartford Art School. The artwork, while diverse in materials, subject matter, and style, represents a collective commitment to curiosity, process, and making. From porcelain to painting and even augmented reality, the exhibition paints a rich portrait of the multiple creative realms explored by HAS faculty members.

Organized by eight students from the spring 2024 Art History Internship class, the exhibition title Pathways is intended to evoke how each faculty member’s artistic practice intersects with their role as an educator at the University of Hartford. These pathways will be explored in a slate of exciting programming that puts the creative practices of faculty from across the campus into conversation.
