This Office of Inclusive Excellence and Belonging, Department of Politics, Economics and International Studies, Governor M. Jodi Rell Center for Public Service and the Office of Student Engagement and Inclusion are excited to host a Presidential Debate Watch Party!

ABC News is hosting the second presidential debate of the campaign season. It will be the first time Vice-President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump debate each other. There is only one scheduled debate between the Republican and Democratic nominees for President of the United States. This event is a great opportunity for students, faculty, staff, and friends to hear from the candidates about their policies as they answer questions from reporters and listen to meaningful analysis from political experts.

If you are not registered to vote, get there early. The Office of Student Engagement and Inclusion will be available to help you get registered to vote so you can cast your ballot.

This is shaping up to be a historic election. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to experience a presidential debate.

Refreshments will be available.
