Join us for the Faculty and Staff Inclusive Excellence and Belonging Professional Development Program on Monday, Sept. 23, from 12:45–2 p.m., in Lincoln Theater. The theme for this program is “Transforming Our Culture Together.”
The primary focus of this presentation will center on the fundamental role that organizational culture and collaboration play in high achieving institutions. Participants will also explore how inclusiveness, excellence, and belonging contribute to an organization’s long-term success.
This program features a keynote presentation by President Lawrence P. Ward.
The annual Faculty and Staff Inclusive Excellence and Belonging Professional Development Program will provide participants with a tremendous opportunity for learning, growth, and reflection.
In addition, there will be two virtual follow-up sessions based on President Ward's presentation, one on Sept. 30 and the other on Oct. 7, 12:45–1:45 p.m. These sessions will allow us to ask additional questions and share ideas.
