Opening Weekend 2024 takes place from Aug. 22–Aug. 25, with students beginning classes on Aug. 26. We have a variety of ways to be involved this year during opening weekend.
Participating in Opening Weekend is a fun way to engage with new and returning students and parents during an exciting time. Each year, we receive such great feedback from students and families about the fun and welcoming atmosphere on campus—and our volunteers are a big part of that! This is a true University-wide effort, and every one of you is important to make the experience great for our students.

If you participated last fall, we will be using the same t-shirts this year (sapphire blue with “how can I help?” written on the back. If you did not get one last year or no longer have it, please complete this form.
