The University of Hartford has partnered with Automatic Laundry to provide our residential students and guests with an improved laundry experience. As of June 1, all washers and dryers in each residence hall laundry room have been replaced with brand-new units. Each unit is connected to a real-time 24/7 monitoring system called LaundryConnect. Students can click on their residence hall name and see the status of each machine including if they are available, in use, have 4 minutes remaining, clothes have been left, or are out of order. If all machines are in use, the students have the option to input their email address or cell phone number to receive an email or text message when a washer and/or dryer is available.
Automatic Laundry offers 24/7 service support to address any issues as soon as possible. Most issues will be addressed remotely; when needed there are four ways to connect with their support team:
