All work-study student (S1) positions have been terminated, for the current fiscal year, as of May 8, 2024. All temporary (N6) and non-work-study student (S2) positions have been terminated, for the current fiscal year, as of 6/30/2024. If any of your student or temporary positions in your department need to be extended beyond June 30, 2024, please submit a ‘reactivate’ ePaf for these positions ASAP.
Work-study positions are only active during the academic year. If you are reactivating a ST3450 (S1) position the earliest date they are able to begin work is Aug. 28, 2024. All other Temp and non-work-study student positions can be reactivated with a July 1, 2024, start date.
CT Minimum wage has increased to $15.69/hour as of Jan. 1, 2024. Work-study ePafs are automatically defaulted to the new minimum wage. For temp and non-work-study positions, when submitting the reactivate ePaf, please make sure you adjust the hourly rate accordingly. Otherwise it will be returned to the originator for correction and may result in setup and payment delays.
