Information About This Past Monday's Email Outage

On Monday, May 13, from 4:12 p.m. through 8:15 p.m., the University's email provider, Microsoft, erroneously flagged us as an organization sending SPAM. During that window of time, all emails sent to or from an @hartford.edu email address would have bounced. The Non-Delivery Report would have indicated that our tenant had exceeded its threshold. If you have emails in your sent items folder from that time window, they will need to be resent if you have not already.
