Quarterly Anthology, who owns Blackboard, sends us updates. For those faculty using Blackboard Ultra courses (or working on transitioning for the summer or fall) we have some exciting updates coming soon. These updates are currently on track for the 1-3 month timeline, meaning they will be implemented between June and August, just in time for Fall classes!
Some highlights:
- New Ultra documents - Includes new formats for Ultra documents, ability to drag and drop, convert Word, PPTs, and PDFs to Ultra documents and more.
- Embedded Knowledge Checks - This will allow you to put mini quizzes/knowledge checks into Ultra documents
- Check Broken Links
- Some updates to the Design Assistant tool
- Image generation improvements
- Print tests
- Anonymous forms
- New assignment tool - to make sure students have access to instructions before beginning an attempt on an assignment.
