The University will shut off all electricity for the campus on Sunday, Aug. 4, at 6 a.m. All service should be restored by 2 p.m. the same day.
If you require electrical service during that time period, contact Facilities at 860.768.7925 immediately.
In order to minimize any damage to computers or other electronic devices, please power down by Aug. 2.
Please note that Bates House and HPAC (Handel Performing Arts Center) are not affected by this event.
The annual shutdown date for the next two years is:
