These sessions are intended for those who have not attended a previous listening session. Please limit attendance to one session throughout the process to give as many faculty and staff as possible a chance to engage.
In preparation for attending a listening session, please think about the following:
- What are the greatest opportunities and the most pressing challenges facing UHart now and in the future?
- What qualities, skills, experience, and vision are optimal for our next president?
- What is unique and distinctive about UHart that our next leader must both understand and embrace?
Thank you in advance for your participation in this important effort. The presidential search committee looks forward to your insights.
