The Department of Public safety is asking drivers on campus to please slow down.

Public Safety will be stepping up education and enforcement of vehicular safety on campus. This week, you will see officers encouraging our community to follow our traffic rules including adhering to speed limits and stop signs, as well as being more aware of distracted driving. As the weather warms, more students are out running and walking and it is up to all of us to keep each other safe when driving on campus.

Officers will be issuing warnings for most infractions this week but you will notice the increased presence. We know it is easy to become distracted, but please take a moment to be aware of your surroundings, slow down, and adhere to posted signs.
