Construction Institute Workshop Dates
This 4-hour workshop will focus on management techniques to develop an efficient and responsible facilities team. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the variety of disciplines and responsibilities required of a modern Facilities Maintenance organization.
CEUs: Course attendees are eligible to receive 0.4 Continuing Education Units, 4 Professional Development Hours, or 4 AIA Continuing Education Learning Units. *Facilities Management Certificate Requirement

This 4-hour workshop focuses on the problem solving skills needed to cope with unexpected problems and conflicts that arise during the course of doing business, including over the course of a construction project. Participants will be given a problem solving toolkit and role playing exercises which will then be discussed.
