BS in Education, Westfield State University

Theresa Pilch has served in a variety of education related supporting roles including Grant Compliance Assistant for the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities and currently with the University of Hartford. She is also working toward her MBA. She started as an educator after earning a BS in Education from Westfield State University. Her area of interest has always revolved around mathematics. This developed into teaching, training, and data analysis within the healthcare industry. She has since then expanded her desire for learning into accounting, payroll, and budgeting. She has a wide range of industry experience including higher education, HVAC, health care, teaching, and training. Her primary goal has always been to work with amazing teams of people to encourage personal and professional growth. Theresa is enjoying being a part of the UHart community and has volunteered within several projects since joining the UHart staff.
