As a psychotherapist at CAPS, Najeia enjoys partnering with students to create the change they seek to experience in their lives. Najeia tailors treatment approaches to student needs, including strengths-based, anti-oppressive, and attachment therapy approaches. In addition to providing individual and group therapy to students, she also provides outreach to the campus community centered on mental health and wellbeing. Najeia is also an instructor for the Success Team for Readiness, Improvement, Diversity and Excellence (STRIDE) program.
