Each lesson is tailored to the student’s immediate needs and draws upon Valerie’s years of study of the human anatomy, electro-acoustic, psychology (focusing on P.T.S.D. and trauma), functional fitness training, cognitive and behavioral studies, working as a certified animal behaviorist (shelter environment and trauma case) and rehabilitation from neurological injuries.
