Caroline Schroer 

Caroline Schroer began her training at the New Paltz School of Ballet in New Paltz, NY. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance with a Minor in Musical Theatre from Mercyhurst University. Currently, Caroline dances with Ballet Hartford under the direction of Claire Kretzschmar (previously under Leyna Doran), performing classical and contemporary ballet works throughout Hartford and the surrounding areas. She teaches ballet, jazz, contemporary/modern, lyrical, and musical theatre dance at multiple studios across Connecticut, and has choreographed for several junior and high school musicals. Caroline is passionate about inclusivity and accessibility in dance, and her teaching style strives to give students the skills to critically assess how technique can be a tool towards achieving their own personal goals.
