Teaching Philosophy
I support each of my students in pursuit of their musical goals through individualized instruction and dedicated attention. I strive to create a comfortable lesson environment where students feel welcome to ask questions and try new things in order to develop confidence and problem-solving skills. I believe that fundamental skills are the key to long-term success and always aim to guide students in making connections between elements of practice and performance. Overall, my goal is to help students gain the skills they need to be well-rounded musicians and life-long artists.
