Robert Felstein's career has included jazz, classical and theatre music. He has music directed over 50 Equity productions at theatres around the country and has helped develop new works at innovative stages in NYC such as La MaMa, Ensemble Studio Theatre and Theater for the New City. With Bravo Broadway! he has the pleasure of conducting concerts with many of musical theatre's best-known singers. Original compositions include Orpheus in America, a collaboration with award-winning playwright Robert Patrick; The Ghosts of Rowan Oak with playwright Michele Rittenhouse; and incidental music for several plays. He is on the faculty at The Hartt School of the University of Hartford as vocal coach.
