Seong Hyun Moon, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering in the College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture. He earned his doctoral degree from Arizona State University and specializes in motion and sport biomechanics, focusing on the analysis of human gait, posture, and activity levels in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). He implements technologies such as 3D motion capture systems, wearable devices, and EMG. Utilizing his expertise in computational biomechanics, his objective is to mitigate fall risk, improve elderly mobility, and enhance patient rehabilitation.
