I am the Director of the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch’s Employee Education and Development Unit. In terms of my background, I earned my BA from Hofstra University, my MA in Public Administration from Southern Connecticut State University and concurrently, my J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. I am admitted to the State of Connecticut and Federal bars and remain in good standing. I have been employed by the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch for over twenty-three years. During that time, I worked on development and implementation of the civil e-filing system, educational development for the Bench, and currently, I oversee the learning management, curriculum development, and implementation for Judicial Branch employee education, while serving as the coordinator of the Judicial Branch’s Strategic Plan Phase II initiative. In addition to teaching for the Judicial Branch and the National Association of State Judicial Educators (NASJE), I am a board member of NASJE, as well as a member of the National Association for Court Management (NACM). I have taught as an adjunct faculty member for Manchester Community College and the University of Hartford. Although I have a unique proclivity for organizational development, I found that my passion for education and learning has expanded and is my core.
