University Studies is home to interdisciplinary, University-wide academic programs at the University of Hartford. Non-traditional undergraduate students, adult learners, and part-time students make up the different program.
Additionally, University Studies assists students in writing and study skills through the Center for Reading and Writing, and hosts the English Language Institute (ELI) for those students whose primary language is not English.

The Center for Adult Academic Services is a general resource for all part-time undergraduates at the University of Hartford.
Center for Reading and Writing
The Center for Reading and Writing offers one-on-one tutoring services for writers of all abilities. Assistance is free of charge and professional or peer tutors are available to help with writing issues concerning organization, clarity, formatting, citations, or even generating research and ideas.
English Language Institute
The English Language Institute at the University of Hartford is committed to excellence in language acquisition through a variety of learning experiences. Within a supportive environment, the international student develops linguistic proficiency while heightening cultural awareness.
