Our flexible, cross-disciplinary, STEM-designated curriculum covers both theory and application of key organizational topics spanning industrial-organizational psychology, leadership, management, and organizational behavior.
If you have a completed bachelor's in any field and a desire to develop employees, promote teamwork, lead transitions, and build effective organizations, you can start right away! No GRE or GMAT required.
