About Us
The Bursar’s Office is responsible for the billing and collecting of all fees due to the University, and operates under University guidelines and policies. It also manages loan disbursements and Perkins Loan repayment.
It is located on the second floor of the Beatrice Fox Auerbach Computer and Administration Center, room 218.
Hours of Operation
Walk-in visitors will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a specific question regarding your account, you may still have to wait until a Bursar account representative is available.
Business hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Reminder: Payments can be made online through your self-service portal or mailed to University of Hartford, Center for Student Success, 200 Bloomfield Ave, West Hartford, CT 06117.
