Reserving Space

SCA can provide various rooms and outdoor venues for your event. When making a reservation, please follow these steps:

• View the locations available. (Note that all Konover reservations must be made at least one week prior to the event date.)
• Determine how you want your space set up.
• Make sure the space is available through 25Live.(Formerly known as R25)
• Fill out and submit the Space Reservation Form.

If you must cancel your reservation, we ask that you please do so at least 48 business hours prior to your event's scheduled start time to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.
