JANUARY 2013
- 7th: Get Hired. CT's largest insurance and financial services career fair for college students. Please pre-register on the IFS website. Event takes place at the Hartford Marriott Downtown.
- 30th: College2Career Expo. Students -- do not miss the largest college career fair in the Hartford area. Dress for success and bring copies of your résumé. Event held at Rentschler Field in East Hartford from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- 31st: Motorola Solutions Info Session. Engineers and managers from Motorola Solutions, Inc. (based out of Long Island, NY) will hold an info session about the company and internship opportunities for the summer of 2013. This session will be held in Dana 202 Mali II starting at 12:15 p.m.

- 11th: Express for Success. Alternative Spring Break Mentoring Program. This program pairs sophomores or juniors with alumni professionals based upon the student's major and career aspirations for a mentoring experience during spring break. - 13th: Etiquette Dinner. You're getting the education, now how about some sophistication? Some good things to know in case you are invited to a business dinner. Which fork do you use for seafood? Which glass is the red wine glass? What is the proper way to cut meat from the bone? This event, which includes dinner, will be held at the 1877 Club from 5–7 p.m. You must pre-register on CareerBridge before February 6th.

- 1st: The Hartford's Case Competition Presentations will be held from 2–6 p.m.
- 5th: Around the World with Peace Corps will be held from 6:30–8 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room at the Hartford Publick Library, Downtown Branch, at 500 Main Street. Discover the world and the benefits of Peace Corps service at this special Peace Corps Week Event. Returned Peace Corps volunteers from Connecticut will host tables representing countries around the world and will share stories and mementos from their service.
