Relocation of The Nosh

Over spring break, The Nosh was relocated to a more convenient location on campus, GSU 209. The Nosh reopened its doors to the UHart community on Monday, March 18. The pantry is stocked with fruits, vegetables, meat, frozen and non-perishable food, and personal hygiene products. It is available to students, faculty, and staff Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

  1. Please take only what you need. To serve more members of the UHart community, please be mindful of others while selecting items at The Nosh.

  1. Please consider donating, if you are able.

  1. Remember to bring your own bags.

The Nosh food pantry opened its doors to the UHart community back in 2022. With countless fundraisers, weekly orders from CT Foodshare, and donations, The Nosh has served our community members 5,037 pounds of food as of September 2023. The pantry is supported by Aramark (University Dining Services), and an approved partner of Connecticut Foodshare.

To donate anytime, bring items to the GSU Information Desk. Please ask the Office of Student Engagement and Inclusion (OSEI) professional or student staff for support if you have any questions about The Nosh.
