In search of Greek excellence at the University of Hartford, it is imperative that we hold each Greek chapter, its members and the Greek community accountable and responsible for the community in which you serve. To insure the support of the Greek community, all registered and recognized Greek organizations are required to submit an annual Greek Life Audit which will be the tool used to evaluate Greek Life at the University of Hartford.
The purpose of the Greek Life Audit is to showcase each registered and recognized Greek organization as a vital resource to campus life. These standards will concentrate on chapter development, membership development, leadership development, community service, academic achievement and philanthropic efforts.
The outline below is your guide to complete your Greek Life Audit. Please complete each section and submit all necessary material by the stated deadline. This audit must be TYPED no handwritten audits will be accepted. This audit must be submitted via email except for paperwork you must obtain from your national offices, for example, your liability and risk management insurances. Failure to complete this audit will result in your chapter being subjected to an administrative judicial hearing by the Greek Life office and or IFC and Panhel.
To eliminate the stress of completing this audit on time, you will have three different opportunities to submit your audit for a preliminary review before the final submission of your 2013-2014 Greek Life Audit for the University of Hartford.
The first date to submit your Greek Life Audit for review is Thursday, February 27, 2014
The second date to submit your Greek Life Audit for review is Thursday, March 6, 2014.
The final date to submit your Greek Life Audit to satisfy this requirement is Thursday, March 13, 2014.
If you submit your Greek Life Audit on Thursday, February 27, 2014 and everything is complete, your chapter has fulfilled the requirements for the annual Greek Life Audit. The other two dates will allow your chapter the opportunities to correct any missing data or missing paperwork that is required for the Greek Life Audit. If you submit your Greek Audit after March 13, 2014, your chapter will be fined by the Director’s office $5.00/day and could possibly be prohibited from participating in Greek week activities. Your chapter Greek Audit will not be marked complete until all of material has been submitted. Please do not submit an incomplete Greek Audit. Please submit your Greek Audit to email@example.com
