As the representative of my department/organization, I understand that should I need to cancel my reservation, I must complete a Reservation Cancellation Form (see link on right side of this page) and submit it AT LEAST 48 business hours in advance of the event's scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee charged to my department/organization account in addition to charges incurred related to the reservation.
I also understand that should any damages occur to the space and/or equipment I have reserved during my event, my department/organization will be held responsible and charged accordingly. My department/organization will abide by all policies set out by SCA and the University of Hartford. Any events outside of the normal SCA operating hours may be subject to additional costs.
