Our staff at Student Health Services is committed to providing you with quality healthcare during your college years. If this is the first time that you are responsible for your own healthcare, we will assist you in understanding how the healthcare system works, how to prevent illness, and how to recover more quickly when you are sick. ProHealth Physicians is the largest group practice of primary care practitioners in Connecticut specializing in internal medicine, pediatrics, and family practice.  Offices are located throughout Hartford, New Haven, Litchfield, and Middlesex counties. The University's affiliation with ProHealth Physician offers us many benefits, including important medical care, specialized services and products that keep our students healthy.

Medical staffing for Student Health Services has been provided by ProHealth Physicians since 2001.  In addition to nurse practitioners, a physician is on site 40 hours per week by appointment.
