Voting Day

Election Day is on Tuesday November 8th, 2016.

ARAMARK will be holding a BBQ with the Center for Community Service and Campus Activities Team (CAT) on the GSU Patio on Election Day from 11:30am - 1:30pm. Stop by the BBQ for lunch ($6.99 or a meal swipe) and get a free Hawks Vote 2016 t-shirt. There will also be transportation to the polls to vote between 10am - 4pm from GSU. See below for more info!

Where do I go to vote?

  • If you are voting in your hometown on Election Day click here to find out where you need to go to vote.

  • If you are voting using your University of Hartford address the Center for Community Service will be providing transportation to the polls on Election Day from 10am - 4pm. 

    If you live in A or C Complex you will be voting in West Hartford. 

    All other on-campus residents will be voting in Hartford. 

    Your polling place is: 

    King Philip School | 100 King Philip Drive, West Hartford 

    Transportation will be provided from Millard Circle from 10:00am - 4:00pm.

    Your polling place is: 

    Annie Fisher Multi Magnet School | 280 Plainfield Street, Hartford

    Transportation will be provided from Millard Circle from 10:00 am - 4:00pm.

What should I bring with me to the polls?

  • You will need to bring your ID to the polls. Please bring either your CT Driver's License or your University of Hartford student ID.

  • If you are voting in your hometown on Election Day you may have other ID requirements. Please click here to find out what you should bring with you for your specific state.
