If you have an unavoidable circumstance that warrant arriving early, please complete the Early Arrival Request Form (available online in late June and December under forms.) Early arrivals are a challenge, as building preparations are ongoing up to the last day prior to opening. We will do what we can to make your room assignment available, but we urge you to make contingent plans in case we cannot accommodate your request.
Early arrivals are considered only for August 28 or August 29. Email or fax requests are not accepted.
