Closing Information

Closing is a process all residential students participate in prior to the end of every academic term. We do not close for any academic recess. 

Closing Dates

(subject to change)

Wednesday, May 15, at 1 p.m. — for all non-graduating students

• Resident students not graduating are required to move out 24-hours after their last exam or Wednesday, May 15 at 1:00 p.m. (whichever comes first). 
• All non-graduating students must receive approval from the Office of Residential Life before Wednesday, May 8 at 3:00 p.m. to remain in their residential assignment past 1:00 p.m. on May 15, 2013.  

Sunday, May 19, at 5 p.m. — for all graduating students

• All residential areas will close promptly at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2013.

 

 

Current Students
Students who are currently residing on campus will receive an email via their University of Hartford email address regarding closing check-out information.

Late Stays
Students may apply to stay late for a limited number of reasons. Please see late stay for more information or call us at 860.768.7792.

Summerterm 2013 Session I (8-weeks)—Monday, July 15,
