Census

The census process is a very important part of our occupancy management. It is an official count of our residential population that records the exact location of residency.  In order for us to accurately note where our students are located, we have to obtain visible proof from each of our students verifying their housing location.  

How we obtain our census count:

• In the fall we base the count on the Key Receipt Form students complete when they check in and pick up their keys.
• In the spring resident assistants knock on each door and verify the student and their belongings are in the appropriate assigned room.
